1. Physical Book Orders
A physical book order may be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
2. eBook Orders
Due to the digital nature of eBooks, an order generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed and access to the eBook has been provided.
If you have made a payment but are unable to access your purchased eBook due to a technical issue, please contact us for assistance.
3. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation of an eligible physical book order, contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Name
- Registered email address
- Phone number
- Reason for cancellation
We will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
4. Refund After Cancellation
If an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will generally be processed through the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
5. Orders Cancelled by Us
Tarun Goyal Classes may cancel an order in situations such as:

- Incorrect product or pricing information

- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Unforeseen circumstances affecting order fulfillment
